Zeus seated left on low throne, holding long scepter in his left hand and eagle standing right with closed wings in his right; to left, lion skin draped over club; below throne, X. Dembski -. Flesche -. Lanz -. Price 4058 var. (without X below throne) and B36 var. (differing symbol). Nicely toned. Struck from somewhat worn dies on a slightly short flan, otherwise, very fine.
